improve & enhance their online Insurance panel proposition.
We are pleased to announce that you can now “FIX” your clients'
Home Buildings & Contents Insurance premiums for 3 years*.
If your client takes out Buildings and Contents insurance with
Norwich Union via the Towergate Home & Protect website, then
subject to the terms outlined below, their premium will be fixed
for three years.

• Changes we need to know about that
may affect your fixed price agreement:
- unoccupancy of the property exceeding (30) consecutive days
- letting of the property to tenants
- major structural alterations, renovations or extensions
- criminal convictions or cautions given to any insured person
(other than parking or speeding offences)
- a change in the occupation of any insured person
- a change of address
- if your sums insured change or become inadequate please tell
Towergate Home & Protect immediately of any changes
• Claims
If any claim is made the fixed price agreement will come to an end
at the next anniversary date of your policy i.e. 12 or 24 months
after policy commencement date. (Claims under the Home Emergency
and Legal Expenses sections will not affect this
agreement.)
• Claim Free Discount
At the expiry of the Three Year Price Fix any Claim Free Discount
earned during the period can be transferred to any new Towergate
Home and Protect policy.
• Cancellation
If you cancel the policy within the three year period of the
agreement normal policy cancellation terms will apply.
